E-currency Business!
(continue..)
How is this different than Forex?
The difference between this and Forex is that Forex is currency
trading while the DXSynergy provides a market place for currency
exchanging. E-currency exchanging is also risk free while
Forex is not since a trade forces you to take a position in the
currency market while exchanges allow you to profit from the
transactions themselves.
What is the best way to learn this business?
The best way to learn this business is to gather as much
knowledge as possible about the terminology and the steps
necessary to create a successful portfolio. You can do
this by purchasing a training course on line, just be sure to
choose one that will accommodate all your needs.
Are there any fees to deal with?
There are fees that you need to learn how to effectively manage.
There is a buyers fee and a premium fee, together they make up
your credit line. The credit line will determine how much
you will be able to invest in the following days session.
There are different strategies about the best way to treat your
credit line, whether to pay it down to buy more digots or to
avoid paying it.
Can I loose money?
As
with any investment, there is some risk involved nothing is
100%. However some of the training courses offer a double
your money back refund if you cant double your portfolio value
in a given time.
Why Hasn't DXSynergy Done Anything to Speed Up Outxchanges?
The DXSynergy report that they are aware of the slowdown in out
exchanges and while they are working on expanding their global
services that is one of the things that they will work on in the
future. However what most people aren't aware of is that
the DXSynergy offers a multitude of services and that the
portfolio and merchant console are not the main aspect of the
system which is why improvements and updates do not happen
instantly.
Where
does the money come from that we get paid with? When you
inXchange e-currency into the DXSynergy system your funds get
sent to a merchant with a compatible currency account.
Your money does not get transferred into someone's DXAccount.
What happens is an exchange between your e-gold and their DXGold
which funds the incoming balance of your DXAccount.
What balance in the DXSynergy system represents my personal
earnings? In your DXPortfolio your personal income is
shown in you DXDebit Available balance. This is the balance that
contains the profits that you have gained from your work in the
system.
How do I know what digots to purchase? There are
different strategies out there for optimizing your digot picks.
In some cases digots that reach too high a price will split just
like stocks do. Some people buy higher priced digots, so
after splits, they will have more digots in their portfolio.
Others, buy lower priced digots with low premiums that will keep
fees down allowing them to purchase a larger quantity of digots,
a strategy that I recommend. You should definitely try out
several ones to find one that you are more comfortable with and
have better success with.
What are the best Digots to buy? You should purchase
Digots that have the following:
-
Low
premiums
-
Digots with
low prices
-
Positive
30-day trend (not the most important factor) shown by
the arrows pointing upward.
Digots do fluctuate on a weekly basis so don't be to worried
about downward or upward trend to an extreme. The only
thing the downward trend means is that the digots are performing
less then they were the previous trading session meaning that
their value is relative to previous performance.
Also
the following week they may suddenly move up, meaning that
generally nearly all the Digots will perform well over an
extended period of time.
How much are the OA fees?
The OA fees are
once every 30 days and automatically withdrawn out of incoming
balance. It is a bit less then 3% of what your TDV is.
So for example you have $1,000 in TDV then your OA fees for the
month will be about $30. Thus, you would want to
keep about $90 or so in incoming for 3 months of OA fees.
Since OA fees are paid at the end of each month AFTER you've
made a profit you should leave some of your money in Incoming so
you pay the Discounted OA fee which will save you money.
When
I do an Outxchange how long does it take? Out exchanges vary
in time based on several factors. Some times its as short
as one week (rare) or as long as a couple months. The
average time frame is about several weeks, but remember this is
a long term investment and not a Bank account.
Why
does it takes long for Outxchanges, I would like to take profits
out quickly? Mostly for you benefit Out exchanges take a
while so that your DXDebit builds up resulting in higher
returns. Also the DXSynergy wants to insure the stability
of this market place especially on a long term basis which is
more manageable through a more controlled time frame of out
exchanges.
Should I sell my non-USD digots?
People with a USD-based
portfolio are always asking if it is more profitable to sell
non-USD based currencies. Selling digots is not
recommended since you would have to sell them at a discounted
price since no one will buy them at the trading house for the
same price that they are offered at on the digot screen.
Furthermore the funds that you recieve from selling digots end
up in your Reserve Balance which means the only thing you can do
with them is buy more digots. Most likely due to
fluctuations they will even out in value with USD-based digots
in the long run so hang on to your digots and don't sell them at
a loss.
Once I buy Digots do I sell them? That is an option but it is
not recommended. Once you purchase your Digots you own them and
every 24 hour session you will receive a profit percentage from
them which goes into your TDV, Reserve Balance, and some
into your DXDebit available. Thus it is more profitable to
hang on to you Digots and let the profit percentage filter into
those accounts.
